Nothing And Scripture Quotation
Nothing this morning. There is nothing in mind to say.
Still the planet turns upon it’s axis.
But wait, – I do have something to say…
The results of the Brazilian election election are in, the Bolsonaro losers “take to the streets” since compromise, agreeing to settle for some point in the middle is alien to anyone whose identity is entangled in the rhetoric of a demagogue. All-or-nothing, “give me liberty or give me death,” the phrase, not nearly as noble as it once sounded to me…
Thus it is said that some prefer the nothing of death, than to have “their man” deprived of a sovereign seat of power? Do I understand the proposition?
A monstrous thinking infects not only those living in a populous country in the southern hemisphere Brazil, but the adherents of the Republican party, fellow American citizens, my neighbors in the Midwestern United States.
Keep saying it. Continue to insist upon what you want long enough, and those words become self fulfilling.
“In the beginning – was the word.” Very often something new begins with words. And then “boom,” ex nihilo (out of nothing) something! God-like or if you please, demon-like something new, some rough beast rises…
“And the word was God.”*
This tune seems right. Morning Dance by Spyro Gyra. Chill!
