On Happiness
Each of us desired to be happy, once. As the years pass many give up the quest and the hope of happiness. Happiness, the contentment of well-being diminishes as time takes its toll. It’s not a matter of money. Financial resources while necessary to happiness are not sufficient. The most important aspects of happiness are
priceless. To name a few: good health, the love of family, good friends, and the ability to appreciate beauty.
I discovered some notes that I took a few years ago, that are pointers toward the goal of happiness. These are welcome
reminders of what is important, and of the nature of the journey.
The photographs were taken in the backyard and garden, first week of July
