The emotional healing that each needs exists within each one of us. We are each others strongest and most potent antidepressant. We can do this with our voices, humor. We can do this with movement, touch, a hand on the shoulder, a hug or even our simple presence, being there with somebody. Lend an ear to our neighbors fear, listen and understand. Being with other people makes us feel safe and secure. Building relationships, extending our network of brothers and sisters, extending our families, connecting…….
